CANCELLATION POLICY
At Allure Touch, we provide a premium, private experience tailored to each client. To ensure the highest level of service and respect for our time, we have the following cancellation policy: Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for all services to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service. (Consultation deposits may vary) Cancellations & Rescheduling • 24+ Hours Notice – No penalty; your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. • Less than 24 Hours Notice – A cancellation fee of 30% of the total service cost will be charged. Your deposit will not be transferred. • Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows – You will be charged 100% of the service cost and must pay a new deposit for future appointments. Late Arrivals • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show, resulting in a full charge.(Unless we’ve spoken prior to lateness) Membership Clients • If you cancel late or no-show more than twice in a 3-month period, your membership benefits may be paused or revoked.
